AMPED (Artists, Musicians, and Poets Evolutionary Disturbance) is a group whose goal is to use visual, musical and performance art to make political and/or social commentary or address community issues.

mindfully queer
for queer women & genderqueer people of color
living in the city, often in service to others, requires a fast pace that can become mind-numbing and depleting. join us for a quiet sit so we can all come together to be present with each other, be still with ourselves, breathe and slow down.
this will be an informal, non-religious meditation circle with queer women and genderqueer people of color. allies, please help spread the word and check back with us for future programming!
light snacks and group discussion to follow. (chairs will be provided; if you need cushions/pillows/mats, please bring your own)
